I have a user that has box checked "load at startup" for the Outlook addon, but it doesn't "stick". Any ideas? Jim, have you resolved this? I'm having the same issue on two machines, I have discovered work-arounds int he past, but each case has been slightly different and on these two nothing is "taking" thanks, Brett

what a pain Outlook is - I tried the solution jblackburn's user did and it eventually worked, but not before locking and crashing Outlook but . . . working is working - thanks User Community!
