Evan- If one turns off per-line locations, how does this affect all past transactions where locations were assigned at the line item level. I don't believe we ever used multiple locations on the same transaction, but I'll have to check. I wish we had known about this option 18 months ago...

I did a little digging and figured out how to identfy an entity record as another type (i.e. a customer as a vendor or vice versa). You have to go to the "Info" tab on the entity record and hit the Add button next to the Other Relationships field. -Mort

Note: I know that if the line item changes affect the overall sales order value then the "Total" field will change and this will be indicated in the System Notes. The issue we are having is with Description line items that have no value and thus do not change the Total field.

Unfortunately, our report cannot look down the nested tree of subassemblies. That is still very much a manual process.
