In the interim, I've implemented a naming convention for all reports and searches. It includes the initials for the person it was created for and then the date it was created. For example, 'JS092911 New Business Pipeline Search'. The caveat is user adoption.

I responded to your other post but yes, NetSuite has developed a contracts management module that you can get directly from them. Your account manager should have details on it...if not I can get you contact info for someone that does.
