Are there no other gateways allowed? If we have a client who does not want to change their gateway, but does want to use NetSuite, is there away around this obstacle?

What is best practice? Using NetSuite system posting accounts or not using the system posting accounts? In other words, will it cause any harm to inactivate them and create our own? The client wants to have numbers, etc. so we were thinking we would just create their own and inactivate them. Thank you.

I found the answer: The Industry field and custom list are part of the Enhanced Sales Center Bundle (Bundle ID 19656). This is by default set to Hide Components. This means that the components (fields, forms, etc) are not available in the UI. To show the components: 1. Navigate to Setup > Customization > Search & Install…

If the employee is a 1099 employee, would you use Transactions > Employees > Enter Expense Reports? You are reimbursing the employee (contractor) for expenses so the expenses are not a 1099 amount.
