Thank you for the responses: When I use id I get the following: Internal ID: 21 However, when I go to that persons page in NetSuite, I'm thinking the id number should be 1666 --> the URL for that Customer is https://system.netsuite.com/app/common/entity/custjob.nl?id=1666&e=T Am I getting the correct Internal ID? What I have done to get some of the reports that are being requested is to create Promotion Codes (you can associate them with Discount rates). The reporting capablilities appear much better now. If there is a better way, please let me know. Thanks, Carrie
