Try this and see if it works.... Go to Setup > Accounting> Set up Accounting > Ordering/Shipping > Use Popup to Select Serial/Lot Numbers on Standalone Sales (Check this box and save) Thanks Preeth

In the standard Open Sales Order report, I am assuming you can delete the filter criteria "Status = "Open". Hopefully then all sales order irrerespective of status should appear along with the PO and sales rep data...... Preeth
