perQuest does the JE automatically. Yes, the item is in the register. Been that way for over a year. None of the JE's for Payroll are showing up in the reconcile list......

Perhaps changing your code may be the easiest as follows: If the Purchase description is changed from what is stored, then use the new description on the invoice....

Here's how it works....Select W-2's is fine. They print, although there should be a Copy A for the SSA. All should have an option for printing data only, or with lines, text, etc..... Select W-3 and you get the same end result as W-2. Log on our accont to see it.... Thanks, Danny
