Can someone please confirm whether a commission schedule on Sales is on invoices or sales orders? Since both are showing up on the estimated commission report!

Are you saying that a Quota (Sales Amount) is just on invoices and not on Sales Orders? If so, is there not an option of commission payments on sales order revenue/totals? Thanks

Here's my problem with what you just said: Sales Order X shows up on the estimated report, once billed, both Sales Order X and Invoice X are on the estimated report. Ok, I found it. We adjusted an SO and he went under his quota. I jumped to conclusions because the schedule didn't work before, but it looks like it works now. Thanks for your help!

Have you tried to "Use Expressions" it sounds like that is what you're looking for. It's a check box when customizing a search, then the filters show up all different.

We invoice immediately sometimes as well, but the status on the PO is Pending Fulfillment, not Billed. What does physically shipping product or not have to do with what the status of an SO is? No, I'm sorry but that doesn't help. All of our old SO's have a status as Billed and are therefore already "closed" just not with that status. There isn't even a button to push to close these SO's, we'd have to manually go into each SO and edit each line by checking the Closed box. That is way more work then is necessary.…

Jennifer, Cancelled or Closed are the only statuses that remove SOs with the service for sale items from the list if a linked job does not exist. I'm sorry but when and SO is billed in full with no fulfillment or partial fulfillment, the status is not Billed, it's Pending fulfillment or Partially Fulfilled. I will be asking that my issue 136279 be re-opened.
