While NetSuite's servers are generally capable of handling these records, and we do have customers processing similar volumes, there may be a significant increase in storage and hosting fees associated with these volumes. I suggest that you work with your Account Executive and/or Sales Engineer to assess the impact of a…

All NetSuite sites, stores, and systems are fully functional according to our monitoring; I also visited a number of sites manually with no problem. Have you made any changes to your site recently? Also, you may want to check with your ISP. It looks like it may be failing on the DNS lookup. Doug Brown NetSuite Engineering

NetSuite worked with the ISP to resolve the temporary disruption. We do have active anti-spam and mail best practices in place to avoid such disruptions and always refine and improve as we learn from these episodes. Doug Brown NetSuite Engineering Operations

Please look for the corrected message to be posted to your accounts for administrators later today. We apologize for the confusion and will work to assure that this…

NetSuite's primary datacenter is still in California. NetSuite has always had redundancy and off-site secure backups for purposes of disaster recovery. However we also have other significant datacenters; the NetSuite OpenAir service is hosted primarily in Massachusetts, QuickArrow is hosted primarily in Texas. With our…

We are aware of the issues for IT247 and are working to resolve them. Two of the “invalid identifier” bugs have been resolved and released July 24, 2006. The “null fetch error” is tracked by issue 110418, it has only been documented to affect IT247. There are a few other issues which are performance related and are also in…

A submitted case with specific information is the best way for us to diagnose your specific problems. Please include "Performance" in the…

If you are seeing errors or notices such as "Items you have requested in the record have been deleted since you retrieved the form" that is almost certainly not performance related. It will not be fixed by any effort currently underway by the Performance or Operations Teams at NetSuite. I suspect that issue is tracked…

Steve, There are no specific issues currently in NetSuite Engineering that match the symptoms you are reporting. Have you reproduced the problem in both Internet Explorer 6 and FireFox 1.5? It is very possible that it is specific to your workstation but without more data there is no way to know. The preferred way to…

This issue has been resolved and all accounts are now back online. The root cause of the disruption is still under analysis, but was related to an operating system failure in one of the databases. The failure was detected by our internal monitoring and the failure was repaired. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience…

There was a downtime event which lasted for approximately 25 minutes and affected approximately 1% of NetSuite's customers. The problem has now been corrected but will count against our uptime totals. As always, site uptime is a primary concern for us. We will work to understand this outage and prevent any further…

Thank you for filing this case. NetSuite is tracking this internally with Issue 129353. This feature is still working for many customers and we have been unable to reproduce the symptoms described. Currently the issue is back to support with a request for supporting details. Please continue the dialogue in the case system.…
