ok, can't see how to do it. My field is a custom item which is applied to products. You can't seem to set a filter based on these. Is there any way around this, i.e. perhaps create a new body field which is auto populated at order time with the custom item data.

It is just dragging on and on...I have paypal orders that went though ok but are not in the approval queue but the status is pending approval.

more orders still show pending paypal approval although the money is in.

Mine have now started working.

i found our problem to be: 1) refund the cash sale directly it works. 2) Refund through the sales order, create credit memo etc, it fails. This is because the 2nd transaction does not have the p/n number so secpay does not know which transaction to refund against. it's a bug in netsuite.

doh! sorry my mistake! We had the exact same error for a few weeks before it resolved. I just kept resubmitting it.

Firstly, it took google a while to recognise my sitemap for some reason, couldn't work out why. Finally it worked. But your problem is more to do with the png extension i expect. Should be xml.

Once the sitemap picked up the homepage, it only displayed that for about a month. Then it indexed, then we disappeared and then after another couple of weeks the whole site appeared. This is normal for google. The best thing to do is get links in at popular places. we did press release and got in sunday times website etc,…

it takes time, it's taken us 2 months to finally get indexed althought he front page always was. However, it hasn't rated us very well because we don't have the custom meta tag html per page. NS are meant to be making this directly editable this week.

this is how google works. They index the home page, then you disappear for a few days and then suddenly they index everything. Just have to be patient. Sitemaps will help and other external links to your site.
