  • I work with large databases from a few distributors including Tech Data. Depends on the distributor and what information they are able to provide - but I usually update via an XML import. I'd be interested to see if anyone else has another way to deal these situations.

  • When I try and print the 941 report in Firefox, I get the "an unexpected error has occured" message. When I print the 941 report from Safari, the form is blank. Any ideas how to get it to print correctly? Thanks Jenni
  • Here is the update, the 941 report will not run on a mac in firefox or safari, but will run on a PC in internet explorer.
  • I find it concerning that nobody from Netsuite told us payroll is or will be going away. This is another example of the lack of communication between Netsuite and the customers. Is basic payroll going away for sure? If so when?
  • PLEASE don't take basic payroll away - for all of the very valid reasons Ray stated above. I have no need for a payroll service. Now that the payroll issues have been fixed, basic payroll works perfectly fine.

The customers UPS account can be added as a shipping item, so it is a drop down box option when entering an order within netsuite.   • I have been having this "slowness" problem for over a week. I was told last week the problem was with the UPS server..... Daily customers call to say the "site is broken". Time outs occur when adding items to cart through the order confirmation page. All of this means lost revenue.

  • We are still having problems too - based on the calls we are receiving the problem has to do with the shipping address portion of the website. The next page throws an error or times out. Web sales for yesterday and today are down dramatically. Is there an update on this issue?
