And aren't we the lucky ones to have paid for this privilege? Am I wrong in thinking that if you purchase a product from NetSuite, you shouldn't have to pay extra for it to actually work? Shameful, really.

Well, I can open the report customization screen and make all the changes my heart desires to a report. I can click Save and Netsuite tells me it's saving my changes (it even gives me an override warning, if applicable). BUT... nothing has really been changed, and nothing has really been saved. I can't even run the report…
