Hmm... Nope, didn't work. They're still not showing up on the customize entry form page, while being perfectly visible on the entry form itself. I thought "Show in List" meant that a field would show up on a search of that record type. Is that not right?

Okay. I guess that means I need to *not* close the opp until I've filed the s.o.? Will a memorized transaction that is assigned to an opp. continue to show that same opp., even after the opp. is closed? Thanks, Jill

Okay, I found where to add pricing groups and price levels. But I still don't understand exactly what these are. Can I set up prices that are automatically filled in for all levels on new items when I select a pricing group?

Thanks, Evan. Couple more questions then... Why does it say "Qty 0", then when it autofills, then next field is "Qty 2"? Why not start with Qty 1? Hi Mat, I didn't realize that earlier today, but did find a thread on here before I posted this thread reminding us to check the 'available without login' field on the img file. I just tested my coding again to see if that field was the issue, and still no success. Do you mind looking up the codes you used? Thanks, Jill

I haven't tried this specifically, but I did do something similar with another template... Go to the email template that has the link you want to copy, then copy-and-paste the code from that email into the email where you want the link to show up again. HTH, Jill

Well, I'm using the Admin role, so surely permission level wouldn't be an issue...would it? Maybe only the sales rep is supposed to be able to change that number within the opportunity itself? We can definitely revisit an Opp to edit the "Projected Total" as Admin (and other Roles). The only related non-edited field is "Weighted Total" (haven't quite figured the slightly eccentric equation here!) I found it: go to Setup>Company>General Preferences. The "Default Role for New Customers" is on the right. You can select any Customer Center role that you've created.

Thanks, Evan. I modified the permissions for the customer center user role, so they can create estimates but not create sales orders, and that will do for now. It's still showing the possibly incorrect prices, though. Is there a way to remove the "Amount" column? Thanks, Jill
