the emails i have sent so far are to an entire group or to a individual contact. i haven't used the campaign feature yet.

thanks for the comment - however, the weird thing is that both single emails and mass emails have my user id and not the 'from email' listed.

Thanks for everyone's help. This problem was fixed by going to the preferences tab on the home page (as rickb had pointed out earlier!)

Thanks for spending the time Troy. What i don't understand though is why each item has a related items tab. Where are those supposed to show up? Does anybody have any ideas or is there a way to change/edit the correlated items. JM

I found a different thread about using custom javascript in the checkout phase. even though i was using the netsuite supplied js i removed it.
