Actually, what I am hoping for is the ability to send the email from the transaaction to only the inhouse contact. I don't want to send to client and cc the employee contact. Thanks very much everyone. netsuite.com text "v=spf1 ip4:63.209.28.0/24 ip4:63.146.113.213 ip4:63.146.113.214 mx ?all" is exactly what I was looking for. I assume we also add a plain name reference "mx a: message.netsuite.com" to the above as wll right?

Alan There is a major overhaul to e-mail alerts in v. 2008.1, you can customize both the subject and the body of the e-mail - you can even include formulas, you can include the line items in a transaction alert, and more. Hi Lorna, You are on the right track. I am not certain of the specifics of what you are trying to do since I am still learning a lot of it myself. It sounds like you really want a search that generates an email when that record becomes a "customer." That seems to be the best trigger.
