I received a sample of NEBS 13493. I printed a deposit ticket from NetSuite on two different printers with various Page Scaling settings until I found one that works. Page Scaling is set from the print dialog when you print the pdf file. The Auto Rotate and Center check box also has an impact. So, 13493 is the one to use.…

I posted something to this effect recently. I think it has to do with the v11.0.3. Anyways, you need to re-customize your form print column fields. Set tax RATE and PST to .001.
