At Erik's suggestion, I tried to import his file (which worked on his PC) on another browser. So far I've tried Safari and SeaMonkey, using his Windows-CSV format file, with no luck. Can I hear from a Mac user out there who has been able to do an import?

Krish0nan, what does this Help text mean? Based on the error messages associated with your CSV import failure, there are microcubes in the "Custom:Your favorite Chipwich Experience" column.
