  • At Erik's suggestion, I tried to import his file (which worked on his PC) on another browser. So far I've tried Safari and SeaMonkey, using his Windows-CSV format file, with no luck. Can I hear from a Mac user out there who has been able to do an import?

  • Thanks Ray, I appreciate you input. My sales rep did give me a recommendation, but the company is quite expensive and we've had a heck of a time just trying to hook up and talk about our needs. Granted, I'm pretty busy myself, but this felt like a sign of things to come. Blessings, Greg
