Hi Martyn, Doesnt appear to be in there, no email addresses at all. Stuff like website url, shipping address, VAT Reg no. etc. I will keep looking, thanks for your suggestion. Andy

Mandar - have you found out a way to customise the Customer Centre or have you dealt with this in a different way? I am having the same problem and struggling to find my way around the package - any advice?

Hi Thanks, Where does Time Search Criteria selection live? Can you direct me to a report which uses this? Ive looked in New Reports and cant see a similar selection. Thx for your help.

Im on hold at the moment. I called 0016505221503 for UK Silver which is US (not free phone). I also cleared cache and now have same problem as you. If it was affecting a large number of users I would have expected a message on the hold machine to save me paying for hold music (10 mins now).

Im in now too but did not learn what the problem was (after 20 mins hold I hung up). Forum Administrator - any news on what the problem was today?
