the only thing i can think of is update the 5000 leads each with the salesperson name you want and then create seperate campaigns (with saved searches with criteria to seperate each rep) for each sales rep, then blast out each campaign (with the respective leads for respective reps) with the "from" address in the campaign…

We ran into the same problem a few months ago, however, we import our opportunities one by one and found that you will need to pre-determine a probability % (we set ours at 1%).

I have outlook integration and know that it can act up sometimes.... I have had to remove the program (netsuite for outlook) from my laptop and then re-install. Try that and see if it works..... Also check your toolbar settings to make sure you are showing all available.
