The items/store are NS-based. Customers go thru the shopping cart (all NS) and it generates a Sales Order for us.

Yes, I find that I often have to use the "SetUp" link on the snapshot to re-customize and get the report to display properly. I am also having a problem with a formula field on my custom report -- it shows up fine on the actual report page, but does not show up on the snapshot on my dashboard. Does anyone know why / how to…
