I was using <NLGLOBALSEARCHHTML> in both the Left Side Navigation Template and in the Logo and Tabs Template. When I removed it from the Logo and Tabs Template, keeping it only in the Left Side Navigation the Search button functioned in Safari. I did read that you're not supposed to use that TAG in both, but it worked when…

The search form is actually just <NLGLOBALSEARCHHTML> Can you make a suggestion please on how to provide a search form that is compatible with all the browsers. I do not understand why the one Netsuite provides is not. Also - how does one get the Search form to actually search only on specific fields. If its documented in…

Regardless of any syntax errors causing the issue, if you did get it to work, netsuite still would not take <%=getAttribute('infoitem', itnum,'storedetaileddescription')%> and dynamically replace it with the actual value. That has to be in place BEFORE the page is served to the browser. Javascript only processes on the…

I have been able to use javascript for a single if else, being if it equals "x" it works, and if it does not I get the else... why can't repeated else options work in NS so that if its "x" or if its "y" or if its "z"? The problem is javascript is the last executed step. Netsuite replaces those tags BEFORE the page is sent…

Make sure the inventory item you are trying to add to the kit in not inactive. What types of items can be added to kits? I am attempting to build a kit and the first item I need to add isn't showing in the list. It's an inventory item that is in stock. There are other inventory and non-inventory items showing in the list.…

There is detailed information on this in the Knowledge Base, I believe. Thanks, -e Hi Evan, I'm a Newbie and wondering how to truly make surveys created with Custom Records inactive? I see much info on creating these surveys or records but nothing on taking them down. Sarah

We are using Gproxy for this at our inkjetmall website... we can customize the look and feel of it - though we are just starting to do that http://shopping.netsuite.com/inkjetmall Gproxy will work with you on this - but you may need a certain level of Netsuite.

PING! Trying to get this back to anyone's sharp mind as to make cart abandonment useful. Our abandoned carts contain products which have actually been bought in a later session during that day. Purging the carts is critical to fix cart abandonment in order to make it useful.

USPS for international customers is a MUCH needed feature!

Jafrum, Julie or Carol, Did you get a fix for this issue yet? We are experiencing the same problem... Sarah

I can vouch for this! We just had it implemented on our Netsuite webstore (eCommerce +) and we are seeing a great recovery rate. Also, we were able to edit the templates ourselves to match the look and feel of our regular communications. Good stuff - fair price. SN InkjetMall
