I'm also having a few issues with the email that is sent out - it doesn't pop up and tell us anything apart from the title of the email. Is there anyway to edit the email that comes out or at least populate it with the name of the company and contact?

This is something that I am desperate for! Does anyone know how this is possible?
-
Thanks bboese, that does work and give the figure we're looking for (i.e. the same figure as if we did from Q4 to Adjust 2007) however it's changing the transaction period that I need as our accountants need to report by period (I'm not an accountant so don't know why sadly!):o . What I can't understand is why the…

I really need to be able to do this as well - we've had a customer that has changed location and need to update all attached transactions with the updated location on NS. At the moment this little problem is making the Restrict View pretty much redundant?

Thanks Evan - does this mean that Scorecards are realistically unusable at this time? Or is there are a workaround?
-
Evan, was this ever fixed because I'm still experiencing this problem? It duplicates whatever Shortcuts I've locked when publishing! Therefore every user will have to go through and uncheck the shortcuts that aren't locked the first time they login to their new role? Also I've got a similar issue on the New Bar, which is…

Evan, that's great news, thanks a lot.:D The only thing I need to know now is when we'll be getting the BETA / upgrade so I can give my sales people a timeline - being in the UK and the number I've got for this is states side and only open at non business hours here?) is there any way I can determine this? Thanks, Gary

Evan, As always you're a genius! This works perfectly. Thanks, Gary

Answered my own question here. The answer to drill down into transactions from a customer saved search is to use {transaction.amount}. This was probably so simple that it was ignore!
-
Evan, Is is it possible to do something similar using standard fields? I would like to be able to get the transaction total using some sql on a customer search. I have tried using {entityid.total} and similiar but cannot seem to get it to work. It needs to be a customer search because I am linking from here to a custom…

Evan, thanks for your reply, if a user does click the logoff button, is there any way at present to capture this information? We're also looking at creating a dynamic group that is the result of a manual checkbox that the user unchecks before logoff but they can't be used in support routing... Thanks
-
Zach, is there any way to see when a user has logged off though? We are looking into some presence management and we would ideally like support cases routed through if a support rep has logged off?

We have also had exactly the same problem with customer dashboards - we store a lot of data about a customer on the customer dashboard and but this then can't be used on the customer dashboard due to the above issues. KPI's based upon sub - records work fine but fields actually on the customer record itself don't filter…

Thanks for your prompt response Evan, I will get a response out to you now. Is this a known issue within NS, I know that customer dashboards are reletively new? I am actually a big fan of the customer dashboards and once I'd found this solution it actually makes more sense in some ways because it doesn't now take up any of…

Jim, Thanks for your reply - we have the same issue with drilling into KPI's, some are correct on the customer dashboard but then give the totals for all customers on the drill down. We also have the additional issue that we have a lot of custom fields on the Customer record that we use for additional information about the…
