This is absolutely a critical issue. No one in London can order off our NetSuite web store. Would someone from NetSuite respond with a fix date or work around?

Hi, Toma, Thanks for the information. We looked, and we have that setting set in Google Analytics. To be clear, we are looking for what people type into the Search Portlet on the NetSuite site. If this is what's being collected, where do I find the results in Google Analytics? Thanks again, Andrew

Hi Tom, I'm having trouble with NetSuite's web store search as well. Nextopia looks pretty impressive. Can you tell me how you implemented it in NetSuite and provide a link to your site so I can see how it's working? Thanks!

Can we get an update on this. We still have orders failing to post back to NetSuite. It happens about 20% of the time. I suspect it's a timeout issue. Google should keep trying to post until it works.

This appears to be related to a custom web site theme we recently implemented. Once we switched back to the default theme, the field reappeared. We will try to determine what caused this problem and post the resolution so others can avoid the issue. Thanks to NetSuite for quickly responding.

Mike, We found a very easy way to do this. First, you set up a UPS account online. Second, you set up integrated shipping in NetSuite with your UPS account. This allows NetSuite to ping UPS to obtain real-time rates based on published rates (not discounted). Note: you do not have to use UPS for your shipping. You are only…

I think we've traced it to the following problem. WorldPay requires you to set up a separate American Express account for each currency. It is a big pain. Thanks for the suggestion, but I've tried that. It looks like the NetSuite code did not know how to handle a situation where you have two locations and go down to one, that's why you get the alert when you try to turn Multi-Location off. The alert tells you to contact NetSuite to have them do it.

NetSuite support found the problem. Home>Set Preferences>Appearance>Drop Downs was set to None. Even though this should not make a difference, it does. If you have this set to None, the drop down menu for locations will not show (even if you only have one location). Change the preference to Show Menus with Mouse Rollover,…

Hi Tom, We're experiencing the same thing. I just turned off Google checkout until this gets fixed. This is very serious because of the Google rating system. We had orders sitting in Google Checkout that are several days old. Do you have a case # for this issue? If so, I will get us added to it. Andrew
