:) Wonderful. I'm a happy man again. My issue was the "contact" field, which is now solved by concatenating the firstname and lastname fields and importing the new field as well as the individual ones. Thanks.

Isn't it possible to simply activate the drop-down box (that's currenlty stuck on "US Outlying Islands" in my company details screen? I'd prefer not to have to go through all the steps associated with activating and using scripts to be honest. I've read some of the help files and it does not look simple. Thanks, Phill.
