You are not alone! We are very much awaiting the release of the Netsuite Iphone 2.0 app hoping it will give us these features. We would be more than happy to Beta test anything Netsuite has developed. Some bugs would be much better than what we have now!

We've been with Cybersource since we started with Netsuite 6 years ago. They are OK. We only do about 60 credit card transactions per month, and they are definitely not the cheapest. Our fees are $110 for those 60 transactions in addition to rates from 2.89% to 3.39% depending on the card type.

I've never found a way to do that. All you can do is contact support and they will attach your new case to that defect if it is the reason.

It probably has something to do with Netsuite still being blacklisted. Started 2 days ago, Defect # 300439.

So according to the stats this morning, 357 messages were sent and 70 were bounced. How do I tell which 70 bounced and why so I can try to fix the addresses if they are wrong? The Campaign Response report shows things like "Failed - delivery failure" but I need to know which address that was. Thanks.

Kirk, Have you been able to correctly get Crystal to produce Financial Reports? We are also running into the same challenges you were with standard Netsuite Financial Reports and are pursuing the Crystal option. Does anybody have templates they would like to share?

Ivan, Yes, I can see the data in Excel. Also, the "Text Area" field in our Items Table does return all the information in the Cell in Excel, with line breaks included (which is exactly what I am looking for). Now, is there someway to trick MS Access to get that Text Area field?

Anybody else using Riva Live? We are looking for a solution to only sync the Calendar in Netsuite, at least at the present time. Any comments on how Riva Live syncs Netsuite's Calendar with Outlook?

We are investigating Riva Live http://www.rivasync.com instead of the built in Netsuite Outlook Sync. It looks like this will sync with our Exchange Server so no client addin is involved, which makes deploying it much simpler. We've been asking for a Vendor Dashboard that would include many of these items for years. There are Enhancements out there, but at this point, I doubt we will ever see something like this implemented. Did you date all the transactions the same day? Don't quote me on this, but I believe that causes Netsuite to modify past entries on a day.

If you are setup with Pack, Pack, and Ship, you should be able to just go to your Fulfilment screen (Transactions, Sales, Fulfill Orders) and choose just that warehouse to see the orders that have items committed (may have to try different Filter by options if you also use Ship Complete).

coffeeguy, We have not had any problems with the backordered item not appearing on our Order Items screen. I do know that you need to make sure your reorder point and preferred stock level are 0 and not blank for each item for each location (if you have multiple locations). Without that, it does fail.

I would also like this search! The only way I have found is to try to delete the bin, and it will tell you whether or not there are related records. Except for the fact that we have 1000 bins, this is a little cumbersome.

I tried it as you designed and it comes up with an empty result. I know for a fact of parts that should be on the list. I think the problem is the filter of "Bin Number set to Is Empty". This has worked for me in the past, but not any more! Must be due to some 2014.1 issues. In looking at my Beta 2009 Release 1, this still has not been addressed. Also, there is no way to print the Integrated UPS Shipping label! I wrote a similar script that is currently running on the "Save Record Function" of Purchase Orders. It works great when a PO is created or edited manually.
