  • Hi Kate, Thanks for replying. What I wanted to do was create a custom approval workflow as follows: After Submit goes to Financial Review then Approver. I deleted the workflow I'd created and started all over again. This seems to be working fine now. :)

  • I'd say create a new workflow. I did the same for my PO workflows and created a two state workflow that was based on when a PO record is edited. It checks certain fields and one of the actions is to initiate the PO approval workflow if it meets the criteria. Hope this helps.
