Hi all, I submitted a support case a few weeks ago and after multiple solutions were tried, we FINALLY got it to work. I ended up having to uninstall/reinstall the entire bundle on the Admin side, and then uninstall/reinstall on the user side for those affected (just me and a couple of others.)

Thanks for the info! However, I want to be able to show BOTH inventory items and billable items - should I add a new table with <#list record.itemcost as item>? (I should probably try it out before I ask...but maybe someone knows off the top of their head!)

YES! That actually works quite well! Here's what I ended up with, which populated my field with a date 3 business days prior than the date entered in {customfield}. {customfield} - decode(to_number(to_char({customfield},'D')),1,4,2,5,3,5,4,5,5,3,6,3,7,4)

Thank you Jasvir, that works beautifully. I was poking around the boards and SuiteAnswers to modify it for business days instead of calendar days, but it looks like that doesn't really exist. This works for the time being, though!

Thanks guys...great advice! Once I've convinced them all that this will benefit them it should start working. I have at least one 'super user' who uses the CRM tools religiously, and more than one who have piles of little yellow notes all over their office (which is why I'm *also* thinking about installing StickyNotes.)

Try using summary and formula fields in the Results, set up like this: Date - Group Order# - Group Customer# - Group Formula (Numeric) - Sum - CASE WHEN {item} = 'Widget A' THEN {quantity} END Anyone else have something more sophisticated to try?

Perhaps on your saved search, you could set your Results, Summary Type column to "Maximum" it should only bring back the max value (instead of assigning the '100' to all line items.) So it could look like this: Item (Group) Custom Record value (Maximum)

It actually worked itself for my users, although I'm still waiting to hear back from support to see if they did something on their end. Truth be told, we only use it to push emails to Netsuite; we don't sync contacts/clients/tasks, etc. It was too buggy for my liking but I'll probably test it again in the next few months.
