Did you check the Summarize Scheduled Email checkbox? This will put all lines in one email.
-
If Olivier's tips don't work, I'd also check to make sure it's applied to the correct forms.

Our workaround was to split the sales order into two separate orders, one for each warehouse. NetSuite finally came up with a solution, which we are currently testing. On our custom cash sale form, we needed to add the location column to the line item. Hasn't been there for the last 9 months, but after the upgrade all of a…

The problem we had was in our implementation phase. We followed the documentation, which clearly stated that case imports would not generate a notification email. So I'm importing away, get about 8,000 into the system, and our phones light up like Christmas trees because customer are getting notifications. You MUST turn…

I'm seeing changes in purchase price in sys info on my system. Use the field filter and select either All or Purchase Price. How to get these into a search would probably require a formula of some kind.
-
You all are correct. I was looking at purchase price and that will show up in sys info. But it doesn't look like Last Purchase Price is available as a field. I think it would make more sense to have Last Purchase and/or Average Cost changes.

There are third party vendors, such as FarApp, which provide integration with a non-NetSuite web store and NetSuite itself.
-
You might check out the customer center. It provides a direct link to cases and orders. We found that using an external form and submitting via web services had a problem. It would find only customers that were companies, not individuals. Or vice versa, can't remember which one...and NetSuite confirmed this was a "bug". So…

Can I assume that once the preview is put into production, this is no longer an issue? If this is true, I'm not going to worry about it.
-
Yes. This is possible. Using the CSV import tool, you can import POs. I'm sure there is documentation for this....
-
There is another method of autogenerating POs, if you use certain inventory features and reorder points. you can Order Items, which will put together a PO for items that need to be re-ordered....
-
Create a custom transaction body field. Label it Tax ID (or something like that). Source the field from the Customer Record > Tax ID. Apply it to your sales form. It should now appear in the printing fields > body so you can add it to your printed sales form.
-
When Printing Picks, if you select All Items Fully Committed, doesn't it leave off back orders and drop ships?
-
You can also change the order via a mass update.
-
In my experience, if you just save your csv file, it will import fine with formatting preserved. It's when you open a csv file in Excel that everything goes back to general formatting. One way around this is to first rename the file as a .txt file, then reopen and do the comma-delimited thing again. Then you have to…

I normally do it by editing their employee record and changing their password.
-
We have also noticed this in the last 24 hours. We really don't like it. Hope it gets resolved soon.
-
We've had the same problem, but not just with Drop Ships. Sometimes the cost doesn't even come over (average cost) to the line on the sales order, or is a number that seems to be pulled out of thin air. We also opened a support case, and the work around was to remove the line and add it back in. We still don't know if this…

I got this "unexpected error" a couple of times while customizing a form. Because the error went away on its own both times, I believe it is an issue with NetSuites caching mechanism. If the form or custom field is cached, if the browser and/or system can't find a reference to it, an error is thrown. Well, that's my…

After going around and around with 2 different support rep (2 weeks), and enlisting the aid of our project manager at NetSuite (we are in implementation mode) I finally convinced them (by showing them the error in the javascript source code) that this is now been filed as a defect. :)

I'm having this same issue now. We haven't gone live yet, and my TAPI client (Cisco) is working correctly with our current CRM (SalesLogix). And I tested my TAPI / Windows set up with the small test program that NS links on their TAPI help page, and everything worked just fine. Yet, when I dial out of NS, the 1 is inserted…
