I just spent 4 months doing a full re-deploy. WMS and OW Functionality are both mandatory.

I know I'm late to the party, here. :D Short version... Prepare for a full on re-deployment. That's what I spend the last 4 months doing. Changed from Mid-Market Retail to SuiteSuccess WD PRM with Work Orders, Advanced Procurement, WMS and Smart Count.

Have they found a solution for you, yet? I've been waiting since 11/01 for resolution. I have learned that you need to have SCM Mobile and PSG Mobile installed, as well. But I've been waiting for over 2 weeks, now, for our missing PSG Mobile provisioning.

Smart Count is not restricted to just OneWorld Subscriptions. But I can tell you that this is not an issue that is specific to just your Account. NetSuite knows about the Defect. Hard to say without knowing what your lookback preferences are set to. Did you have any Receivables due between June 1st and June 3rd, when you took the screenshot? Do you also have Cash360 correctly setup to look at the appropriate accounts for receivables?

In addition to it being on the Financial Tab - You can also go to the 360 Dashboard and use the URL for a Shortcut on your Dashboard. It can also be accessed via the Cash 360 Center.

In your Search - use "Page: Cash 360" (Assuming you're an Admin). If you're not, your Admin will need to setup and grant permissions. If you don't see it, then the Add-On Module hasn't been enabled for your account. Check your Billing Info. Also - Have you connected via any method outside trying to connect with Tableau? Hit me up via message, if you'd like, so this thread doesn't go off course. I'd still like a solution for the Tableau connector issue. :D
