2021.1 Release Review Sticky Notes

I am in admin in release preview and the sticky notes are in the wrong place and taking up far too much real estate. Another administrator in the same Release Preview does not have that same issue. We have lined up our Custom Preference Settings on Dashboard Preferences and there is still a difference. Any suggestions on what to set on my settings to make it correct? Thank you
