SuiteScript - SFTP接続のエラーを解決する

NetSuiteのSuiteScript 2.0モジュール「N/sftp」を使用する際、スクリプト開発中に問題が発生する場合があります。そのため、本モジュールを利用する際には、必要な設定および考えられる制限事項を事前に必ずご確認いただくことを強く推奨いたします。
以下は、N/sftpモジュールを使用する際にご留意いただくべき事項です。安全かつ効果的にご利用いただくためのベストプラクティスとなりますので、ぜひご参照ください。
解決策
- サーバーへの接続に使用する通信プロトコル現時点では、SuiteScriptのN/SFTPモジュールによるファイル転送はSFTPのみサポートされています。
- サーバー側のSSHホストキー接続リクエストごとにホストキーの指定が必要です。サーバーのホストキーが変更された場合は手動で更新する必要があります（SuiteScriptにはホストキーを自動取得するAPIはありません）。
- 利用可能な暗号化スイート現時点でSuiteScriptがサポートする暗号化スイートは「AES256-CTR、AES192-CTR、AES128-CTR」のみです。
- サーバーのIPアドレス要件サーバーがファイアウォールでホワイトリスト化可能な静的IPアドレスを必要としていませんか？NetSuiteアカウントは静的IPアドレスを持ちません。
- 転送対象のファイルファイルが暗号化されている場合、現時点でSuiteScriptがサポートしている復号方式はAESのみとなります。
- 転送対象ファイルのファイル名SuiteScriptでは、転送するファイルの正確なディレクトリパスとファイル名をスクリプト内で指定する必要があります。
- SFTPサーバーのポート番号正しいポート番号がスクリプトに設定されていることを確認してください。Telnetなどで該当ポートへの接続テストを行い、接続できない場合はSuiteScriptからも接続できません。
- ユーザー側ネットワークのファイアウォールルールネットワークファイアウォールの設定により、接続がブロックされている可能性があります。
