Canadian customers set up in the Customer Center

We have our Canadian customers in the Customer Center, but we are having a hard time trying to find a TMS that will provide rates into the Customer Center Sales Order form. We are looking a PaceJet Rates only to try and get available rates and hard code them into the sales form or a quotes form, that would then need to be approved.

How are the Canadian sales orders created, and rates supplies for your sales orders? Would it be the same process for getting the rates to ship to the US or to wherever?

How can we get the rates in the customer center if it is not native. Does NetSuite have a shipping rate extension/suite app for that?
