SCM Web App Label Printing Error

Unexpected error occurred. Try again or, if possible, skip printing this document. If the issue persists, ask your administrator to contact NetSuite Customer Support. I've tried using Print Node along with the computers IP address connected to the printer which did not help. I am trying to print directly from SCM Web App to the Zebra Printer. Is there anyway to resolve this or would I need to contact NetSuite Customer Support to get this resolved?
