Print Statements -> Add Customer ID or Name filter

Transactions -> Customers -> Generate Statements -> Customize -> Additional filters
Maybe I'm staring at my monitor for too long but I'm unable to find a way to add customer's name or ID as a filter. We are not using customer group so "Restrict by group" field is not useful. What happens when you want to print a statement for 1~5 customers only?
