Use Case and Business Need
Dear Team,
We work on dashboards in OAC DV 6.0 connected to Essbase applications deployed using 21.2 marketplace.
Manier times the customer uses a global dashboard used by many other users from different business units with specific security levels. They perform many ad hoc selections at the global filter and drill down from one generation to multiple generations or even between dimensions. The customer wants a 'Return' or 'Reset' option in the canvas to bring the dashboard back to its original state in a single click.
Currently users click on 'Undo' option multiple times to go back to the original state.
Giving an option to instantly reset the dashboard will be highly helpful for global dashboards within DV.
