Description (Required):

Currently the Oracle delivered package/function fun_secured_seg_values_pkg.secured_seg_values for implementing SVSR for BIP reports only takes one ledger set as a parameter. We need to be able to pass multiple ledger sets to this function to avoid users having to run the same report multiple times using different ledger sets.
