OAC/OAS: attributes in filters are not using new RPD metadata (Descriptor Id)

Description (Required):
If a Descriptor_Id is added to a column in the RPD and that column is used in a filter in existing reports, the filter needs to be re-applied to those reports manually.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
Descriptor Id was added in RPD and the filters had to be updated manually for dozens of reports, because this RPD change is not reflected automatically in the existing filters. This was even excluding the Reports in the personal MyFolders.
Enhancement Request / Service Request:
It would be best (and most user friendly) if filters in existing reports would automatically be updated to the newly metadata, also when descriptor Id (and all other metadata) is updated or added in the RPD.
