If we set on time zone for user preferences (sample) PST GMT 8:00 Pacific Time on OBIEE / OAC, we would like to watch as default same Timezone preference selected by user(dynamically) on calendar objects on BI Analytics and Publisher.
Sample: If User using PST GMT 8:00 Pacific Time Time Zone preference, User expects to watch PST Time Zone as default on Calendar Objects on BI Publisher and Analytics report.
Now, calendar default time zo ne always shows Samoa time zone.
