FAW extensibility Issue

Dear All,
We are trying to extend the Location Dimension available in FAW ERP Profitability Subject Area. In the wizard, we cannot see Location as a dimension but Segment1 to Segment9.
We have tried to use the segment# being used for Location (Segment5) in COA but extended columns are not showing after completing the wizard and publishing it. (Following the documentation for all steps).
We have also tried to use other segments but no luck. It is giving us weird behavior, For example, when I tried with segment 1, It has extended the columns in the product dimension.
Please let me know if I am missing anything and how to extend location segment (part of COA)
