We are aware of Oracle Analytics and Adaptive warehouse services via Oracle, but we see limitations to the tool. Our enterprise has a collections of applications/third party tools/inhouse ERP and visualization tools and more that need to be able to work with HCM/Talent and Learning data. There seem to be limitations to Oracle Analytics warehouse as far as connectivity or joins with these internal or external third party systems. How do other oracle hcm cloud, oracle talent management cloud customers do datawarehouse for their reporting needs today?

Can you please elaborate a bit more in detail ? what is the exact limitation you are facing and the use case that you trying to build using the platform ? We do have options to bring in any 3rd party data using semantic model extensions feature in Fusion Analytics Warehouse.
