Custom Dashboard show no data for Custom Role User

Summary:

Custom Dashboard shows no data for Custom Role User.

Content (required):

The custom dashboard created is accessible from the super user login, but when we are trying to access it from a custom role user login, we can see the dashboard but cannot see any data in it. All the relevant duty roles related to the respective OTBI Subject area are already assigned to the custom role.

The Subject areas used are:-

Procurement- Purchasing  Real Time ( For Almost all the Data)

Procurement- Procure to Pay  Real Time ( For Single Standalone Data in the Dashboard)

Hi @Swapnil Kashid

We are still facing the issue.

Data accesses are in place+ the concerned duty role is also assigned to the custom role.

Added the custom role in the report permission section for the full control, still we can't see any data for the custom role user.

Please let know if there is something else can be done or missing to be done

Could you please share if you were able to run the custom dashboard for the required custom role.

If you could please share the issue details as well would be really helpful to understand if data access was the issue or if role was missing.

The data access for all concerned BUs is already assigned to custom role users
