FAW HCM incremental loads no picking up back dated changes
David Dawson
Rank 1 - Community Starter
Summary: Our HR department often enters changes into HCM where the effective date is back dated. When this happens, work measures (Headcount, FTE, etc.) are not updated in FAW. They only change as of the last incremental refresh date and not with the effective date of the assignment. If we reset the data warehouse and reload the data, then everything is updated and is shown correctly based on the effective dates.
Content (required): How are others handle this situation? It is not feasible to reset the data warehouse everyday to pick up this historical changes.
