Hi All,

I am using OBIEE Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.9.0 version. I have created a BIP report and the output is getting generated with a excel file like 23 MB and that is not getting delivered to the user.

User insiting only to get the data in the excel format. And also our mail box will allow 23MB file to be delivered and also BIP is running fine with out any errors but the report is not getting delivered.

Can anyone suggest if there is any limit on the size of the file that BIP deliver to a receipient? If yes then how we can increase that size.

Hi,

What make you think there is a limit in the size BIP can deliver to users? Did you find logs telling you the report was generated fine, it was 23Mb, but it hasn't been delivered because of a lower limit for delivery?

There can be many other reasons preventing your report to be delivered.

If you have a log saying it's a size issue post the log, if not look for the root cause (it will be quicker than trying to guess and fix all the possible causes).
