Line manager/budget holder able to see everything for their team/department/cost centre – whether they have one or more teams/departments/cost centres. So things like headcount/FTE/vacancies, payroll costs including where costs are split between departments, absence rates in particular sickness but also others, procurement spend, expenses, goal achievement, learning, check ins etc – basically a single place to see everything.
And then be able to segment and see performance vs budget (for the finance measures and headcount/FTE) or vs a completion target (for goals, learning, check ins) or vs company target (for sickness absence rates)
