When submitting an ESS job (Scheduled Processes) with default output type of HTML the process errors when selected for printing prior to submission.  Apparently only jobs with a default output type of PDF are supported to be selected for printing prior to submitting the request.  Jobs with default output type of HTML should also be supported.

Use Case and Business Need

Several ESS jobs have a default output type of HTML and error when selected for printing prior to submission.  It was suggested we create a duplicate of any of the affected jobs and set the default output type as PDF as a workaround. This is not a feasible solution.  Jobs with a default output type of HTML should also be supported.  (SR 3-24078657551 was logged where it was suggested by the support engineer that we post this Idea for consideration).
