Provide the option to create custom subject area for Procurement Cloud
Use Case and Business Need
HODs/ Higher management users should have access to view the PR/PO life cycle information of their direct/indirect reports.A user running the report should be able to view PR details of users reporting directly/indirectly(in the reporting hierarchy) to him only. He should not be able to obtain the PR raised by other department users in the report.

Provide the option to create custom subject areas with business based security requirement. Users require the option of accessing Procure to Pay subject area with added security requriements.
