Description (Required):
In the Security Console when a User is Locked and made Inactive ( suspended), there is no field to capture the date when the user account was Locked and made inactive. In the per_users table also the end_date column is null.
So either provide a date field on the form or populate the end_date column in the per_users table.

Audit requirement. Need to provide evidence as to when a User account was suspended(Locked and Inactive)
