I've created a DECK and use Business Units column in the prompt.
Applied the Data level security on All MEA Region Business Units. All Business Units are restricted in the DECK Prompt except the Requisition Business Unit and Payables Business Unit. Although I've added these dimensions in the Data Security Step.
