Description (Required):
Give (FAW Admin) the possibility to set formatting for Date & Amount notation for all users. In contrast to letting this be controlled by local browser settings of end-users.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
Dates can be formatted in lots of different ways, for example 30-01-2023 or 01/30/2023. The same applies for amounts, which can be formatted like 3,000,000.99 or 3.000.000,99.
The used notation is partially dependent on Language settings in the used browser of the user. For Amounts it can be configured by Report Author, but only to certain degree (per visual and not able to change decimal denominator.
Can be achieved by giving FAW Admin this function - to set default for all amounts and dates. Which then can be manipulated by Authors if necessary.

Give (FAW Admin) the possibility to set formatting for Date & Amount notation for all users.

Hi Oracle Team, did anyone take a look at this?
Is there progress that can be reported?
Our users keep asking for this as changing language settings causes other challenges.... (which is a short-cut solution)
