Individual Values found in OTL to display in OTBI

Description (Required):

I am trying to create a report with OTBI using Subject Area - Workforce Management - Historical Processed Time. I am not able to access all value sets within the timecard.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

We are trying to create reports for managers, department specific and can get all the fields to populate except OT Reason. We have placed an inquiry in with our Implementation partner. They were advised that it is not possible to pull individual values stored in value sets in OTBI. Only BI Reports.
